Ashley Lawrence

Ashley joined The Attain Group in 2019 and is responsible for the management of the CAD department as day-to-day operations and management of the firm. Her specialities include operations, policy, efficiencies and driving strategic vision.

Ashley brings a wealth of business operations experience to keep Attain running smoothly in all areas. As General Manager and then Communications Director at a managed/serviced office provider, she was responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm’s multiple locations in Ottawa. She oversaw staffing, scheduling, performance management, and revenue growth, and was instrumental in developing and executing the strategic plan. She is also experienced in managing sales, marketing, and communications functions and programs.

She received a diploma in Business Management and Marketing from Georgian College, and volunteers generously in her community.
