Don Hailstone, PMP, RCDD

Manager, Real Estate

Don is a senior project and operations manager with more than 25 years of experience overseeing the integration and delivery of telecommunications, security, and electrical systems. He is responsible for managing Attain’s national Real Estate delivery team and projects.

As Operations Manager at Twin City Group for 14 years, Don developed bid packages; supervised and scheduled subcontractors; and managed electrical, communications, and security projects to industry best-practices. As an independent project consultant, he has overseen the planning, implementation, and tracking of various telecommunications and technology systems for commercial and government clients.

Don began his career at Netricom, where he estimated and managed telecommunications projects for a decade.

Don received his BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) designation in 1997 and has participated on design-build teams of institutional and private-sector buildings. He is a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Communication Cabling Specialist (CCS), and received a diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Devry Institute of Technology in Toronto.
